Here you can book in your Connection Call, your first session, or a regular follow-up session.
The Connection Call
If you haven’t worked with me before, I offer you a free 15 minute connection call where we chat through what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping to get out of working with me, and feel into whether we’re a good match. If everything feels good, we then book in our first proper session together.
Intake sessions
For the first session, we meet for a bit longer. During the intake session, we go over your current situation, and I will ask you a number of questions in order to get a better picture. It might not take 2 full hours, but we book that amount of time to avoid having to stress through your story. You will receive an email with an intake form to fill out.

Follow-up sessions
This is the session to book if you have worked with me before. A regular session is usually around 60 minutes. If we haven’t met for a while and there’s anything you want me to know prior to our session, feel free to send me an email or fill out the little form in the Calendly appointment when you book the session.
